Natural antibiotics for strep throat

Strep throat is a common infection caused by Streptococcus bacteria, the same bacteria that causes rheumatic fever. The bacteria affects the mucous membranes of the throat and may also cause tonsil infection or lead to tonsillitis. Strep throat often is accompanied by the following symptoms: fever, swollen lymph nodes in the neck, white patches at the back of the throat.
